Thank you for your interest in becoming an Artist Vendor at the 2020 Dirty South Yoga Festival
If you are a passionate giver or maker with something unique to offer, we want to hear from you in 2020. We are looking for individuals and companies that align with our values, speak to our clientele, and have a desire to help us create a vibrant, fun, adventurous, festival community.
ABOUT DIRTY SOUTH YOGA FESTIVAL ATTENDEES:
- A Loyal group of yogi students and teachers
- A Large portion will be new to the yoga world and will be excited for the classes, teachers and the art you provide to expand their dedication to the practice.
- This group knows how to have a good time, giggle and provide lots of kind love and kindness.
Artist Vendor Details:
Artists vendors this year will be located on the second floor of the Loudermilk Conference center. The new floor plan will allow for more of a flow for the attendees to shop in route to the 4 class rooms. We will also have seating areas and tables for the attendees to relax giving perfect viewing opportunities.
You will be provided with 30” x 60” space. You will be required to stay within this space for consistency with the market. You will be required to bring your own set-up including table. We can provide chairs if needed but not tables.
Artist vendors will operate for both days of the festival. Vendors must be present in their booth for entirety of this time. (please note during classes quiet time will be observed for the participants.)
Booth fee for the DSYF 2020 festival will be:
2 day option: $325.00 for Saturday & Sunday
3 day option: $425.00 for Friday (Kick-off party), Saturday & Sunday
You will receive and invoice within a week of acceptance, if we do not receive payment within 7 days will we will move someone from the waitlist. Please note once fees are paid this in a non-refundable event. The event is held indoors. If you have any questions please use the artists vendor email: email@example.com
Friday- August 21st 5pm-10pm
Saturday- August 22nd 9am- 6pm
Sunday- August 23rd 10am- 5pm
Layout and Load in information will be sent out 2 weeks before the market, also a volunteer will be assigned to you to help answer any questions.
This years artist vendors will be a smaller group so we are using a jury to select artists. Applications deadline will be April 30, 2020. We will notify applicants by May 15, 2020.
