A reason to celebrate: Flower Crowns Dirty South Style
“A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it. It just blooms.” -Zen Shin
Why do we love flower crowns so gosh-darn much? Is it the fact that it’s almost impossible not to feel like a goddess, fairy or queen when wearing one? Is it because the fresh flowers take us back to southern summers picking clovers in the grass? Or is it because flower crowns are almost always indicative of people who are ready to get-down and have a good time?
It’s probably all of those things and more.
Let me get really clear… Dirty South Yoga is meant to be a celebration. A celebration of the yoga community, a celebration of individuals, a celebration of friendships, a celebration of our collective potential.
From that place of celebration and gratitude, we want to give a huge shout out and THANK YOU to Amanda Jewel Floral + Design for coming out to adorn our festival goers and teach us how to make these beautiful crowns for all of the reasons we have to celebrate in our life: concerts, birthdays, festivals, bachelorette’s, weddings, baby showers or well just because it’s Tuesday and you want to feel like a flower-crown-wearing-goddess-fairy-queen.
So festival friends, if you’ve got a reason to celebrate coming up and are in need of flower crowns or just some beautiful flowers to create the right atmosphere check out our friends from Amanda Jewel Floral + Design because you know they’ll get your vibe. Thanks again!
