Q: How do I access or change my schedule?
A: Make sure you’ve purchased a ticket.
Option A: On your phone click here to download the app and login to access your account, tickets and schedule.
Option B: On a computer follow the steps below:
- Click here to log into your Big Tickets account
- Under the My Accounts make sure you’ve selected Purchaser Login
- Login using the credentials you used when you signed up (note: if you can’t remember just click -> forgot password)
- Click here to log into your Big Tickets account
- Under the My Accounts make sure you’ve selected Purchaser Login
- Login using the credentials you used when you signed up (note: if you can’t remember just click -> forgot password)
4. Once you’ve logged in click Ticket Options -> Confirmation
5. Your confirmation and schedule will pop up, the classes with a (✓) are your scheduled classes. To export your schedule click the Export Schedule.
Note: You can change your schedule at any time up until the festival, but note that classes are filling up!
