THE COURAGE TO REST WITH OCTAVIA RAHEEM

Earlybird Pricing through Friday, November 19th at midnight!

A VIRTUAL EVENT NOVEMBER 21, AT 11 AM EST

Speeding. Busy. Rushing. Tired. Overwhelmed. Bone weary. Feeling just…Meh.

But still… speeding, busy. Rushing. Can’t stop. Won’t stop?

It takes courage to rest in a world that values human DOing over human BEing.

You are courageous. You are worthy of rest.

In this 75 minute rest-based yoga class you will move slowly toward stillness, quiet, and ultimately come to a place of sweet and supportive rest.

You will practice restorative yoga and deep relaxation. You will be held, nourished, and invited into a different rhythm, pace, and way of being.

We will experience a sense of power and courage- the kind that comes when we decide to do something differently.

Gather your blankets, pillows or yoga bolsters (either), eye pillows, and snuggly socks.

You will also want a journal and something to write with for pre and post class reflections.

This class is open to all levels.

All tired bodies, hearts, and minds are welcome.

Gather your courage.

Come rest.
