    Hi! I’m Carly. I’ll save you from my basic “yoga girl” story, but if yoga has taught me one thing, it’s how grateful I am to be able to move my body. We are all drawn to yoga for many different reasons, but there is always one commonality: to be more functional. To use yoga as a tool to keep our bodies healthy and stable. With that in mind, my focus is on creating thoughtful classes that include functional, sustainable movements to maintain a mobile body. My teaching is rooted in three core values: gratitude, self-acceptance and non-judgement. I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” yoga practice, and ultimately, my goal is to offer you the opportunity to become curious about your body, how it moves and what works best for you.
