    Science and Magic coalesce to create Yoga. Practicing the healing art of yoga is one of the few things in my life that makes complete sense. While I love to explore the variance of the world around, I find it reassuring to have a safe, grounded, and constant in my life. Yoga will always give me what I need. As a dear teacher of mine says, our days should be made up of equal parts body, spirit, mind; therefore, no matter the day, the practice of yoga will guide me back to balance. For this reason, I greatly appreciate the many different styles and teachings of yoga. I can always find a style and teacher who will meet my particular needs. I am an E-RYT 200hr Ashtanga and Vinyasa teacher, as well as a 90hr Children’s Yoga Teacher with a focus on teaching yoga in schools. I hold the deep belief that yoga is meant for everybody and every BODY, and in that belief, I strive to make my students feel supported and encouraged no matter the pose or variation. Let’s get weird! Let’s get out of our own heads; let’s get out of our own way, and, let’s get back into our bodies.
