Kristin Gilbert

    Kristin Gilbert trained 200hr and started teaching Barre and set sequenced Yoga with Exhale in 2010. Her passion for yoga grew, she then trained in 2017 with Pranic Soul(owned and led by local yogi/Guru, Leigh Mallis) where we learned Kundalini, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

    Kristin loves sharing yoga and guiding students through a class that allows them the opportunity to learn about themselves, what they are capable of, challenges them to try something different but also helps connect them to their inner peace and light. Her classes are a combo of a fun, freeing, challenging yet calming and relaxing experience with great music (since music is another passion!
