Mayuri is an avid health and fitness professional. Her passion for yoga draws students to find physical, mental and spiritual balance. She believes that we use the physical intensity of the practice to heal and tone the body as well as to expand the understanding of ourselves.
She shares her knowledge and love of yoga with every age and level.
Mayuri’s goal is to motivate and inspire others to use yoga, not just as a physical exercise, but for deeper consciousness and tranquility.
Her philosophy is that each student can find balance, peace, love and community through their yoga practice.
Mayuri completed her 500 hour certification at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts.
