Sam Jones has been practicing yoga her whole life, having been raised in Atlanta by a mother who is also a yoga instructor. She teaches a wide variety of styles including Yin, Restore, Hatha, and Vinyasa. They have a special passion for practicing Yoga Nidra, partner yoga, and advanced balancing asanas. Sam cultivates a safe environment for their students through the use of aroma and music therapy. She encourages students to feel empowered to follow their own intuition in the exploration of movement and modification of postures.
