When you embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing it’s so helpful (if not necessary) to know what traps you, what limits you, what holds you back — and what frees you, what enlivens you, what supports your essential nature in spilling forth.
Shari is the founder of Soul Nourish Institute where she witnesses self-aware women and men waking up to their innate strength, grace, brilliance and peace. Focusing on igniting transformative inner work, she fuses yoga, meditation and energy techniques with a cutting-edge understanding of personality theory and psyche development. Her teaching style flows with honesty, awareness and compassion. (Because if being hard on ourselves worked it would have worked by now!)
A student and teacher of the Enneagram—a dynamic system of integrated psychology and spirituality—Shari weaves soul work with daily life. Trained by the Riso Hudson Enneagram Institute, she creates spaces to experience the power of this applied knowledge live and in-person. Shari has been an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance for the past nine years and serves as guest faculty specializing in psycho-spiritual development at yoga teacher trainings. She’s on the founding board of the International Enneagram Association Georgia Chapter and a member of Compassionate Atlanta. Mostly based now in Charleston, SC and Palm Beach, FL, she’s a big fan of superfood smoothies, sandy feet and raw, real conversations.
