Tallia Deljou is a positive psychology expert and life coach guiding people into the next chapter of their lives from a healed and whole place. With her three cornerstones of self-discovery, self-healing, and self-leadership, she creates space for people’s inner wisdom to be revealed and lived.

As an international speaker, she has shared her insights on how to create and manifest a fulfilling life alongside the likes of Deepak Chopra, Jen Sincero and Adam Grant. She’s had the privilege of speaking to a wide variety of audiences, including Mailchimp, General Assembly, Spanx, Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Georgia Tech Women’s Leadership Conference, and more.

With a Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, Tallia had the honor of learning from a founding pioneer of the field himself, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, where she focused her studies on how we shape our identities, define who we are, and optimize our experiences in order to lead a high-quality life.

She contributed to two research labs on campus, one dedicated to leadership development, and the other dedicated to the application of strengths-based practices to people within organizations. She also spent time supporting development and programming for the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna.

Her journey continued in 2015 as the co-founder of Mavenly + Co., a career and business platform for women, eventually reaching over 200,000 women through the Women Work + Worth podcast, their annual conference, workshops, and coaching programs.

In her practice today, she works with people who are trying to answer bigger life questions like: What’s next? What’s really important to me? Who am I and what do I really want? What is my purpose here? She also shares insights on ‘Sincerely, Me,’ a Forbes featured podcast about self-discovery and inner work, diving deep into topics related to mindset, identity, meaning, vulnerability, and happiness.

She is a life-long learner and has received further training in mindfulness-based stress reduction from The Mindfulness Center of Atlanta, along with a certification in Deep Transformational Coaching from the Center for Transformational Coaching, and extensive training in Internal Family Systems through the IFS Institute. Her insights are frequently sought after and have been featured in major media such as Forbes, Fortune, Business Insider, Monster, Nerd Wallet, and Real Simple.
