This is outlined in yoga’s foundational text, the Bhagavad Gita, as karma yoga, or the yoga of action. For modern yogis, the best way to accomplish the yoga of action is with our voice, our actions, and even with our dollars. When we harness our intentions to our actions, our yoga practice can support us in affecting great social change!
