Not Quite A Sutra-A Yoga Podcast

A Podcast for the Modern Yogi

Not Quite A Sutra (NQAS) is a podcast for the modern yogi hosted by the lovely Rachelle Knowles and Dirty South Yoga Founder, Jessica Murphy.  Our aim is to share our love of yoga and highlight the yoga community through casual conversations, storytelling and laughter.  Our hope is this podcast will eliminate the usual barriers of time and space that can stop us from connecting; it’s a hub for conversation that any yogi can plug into at any time.

It’s simple: to talk with inspiring people, make yoga accessible and to highlight creativity and innovation.
