Anna and Rachel opened Empower Yoga East Cobb in August 2014, followed by the Emory Point location in March of 2017. Empower yoga is a heated power vinyasa studio. Rachel and Anna both hae significant training in Baptiste Yoga. Together, our mission is to empower and inspire you to live boldly and courageously.
