Justine first found yoga her senior year of high school and began occasionally practicing at home with YouTube videos. Fast forward a few years after completing a stressful first year of law school, she wandered into her local hot yoga studio and truly fell in love with both the physical and mental aspects of the practice. She’s been practicing regularly ever since and can’t imagine a life now without yoga. Justine started teaching in 2018 because she wanted to share the joy and peace that yoga had brought her with others; she believes yoga is for all of us! She wants everyone to feel strong and empowered after leaving her classes and know that they are capable of so much. Students can expect to sweat it out to fun, funky, and challenging flows paired with upbeat music that keeps the energy moving.
